Full Planning

  • Initial planning meeting to develop your wedding day goals and priorities as well as create a plan for moving forward with budget and planning checklist

  • Create comprehensive budget projections and planning timeline to enable you to stay on track and on budget

  • Assist with venue selection and negotiation

  • Create event binder that includes copies of all contracts, design portfolio and inspiration boards

  • Create a detailed "day of" timeline and vendor contact list

  • Manage mailing of invitations and RSVP's as needed for client and track all guest counts

  • Manage and maintain wedding website

  • Design, fulfill and deliver hotel amenities/gifts for out of town guests

  • Help plan and coordinate rehearsal and rehearsal dinner

  • UNLIMITED MEETINGS to keep track of/confirm details and design as needed

  • UNLIMITED PHONE AND EMAIL correspondence throughout the planning process

  • Ceremony and Reception seating chart and floor plan design  

  • On-site coordination on your wedding day from set up to tear down

Partial Planning

  • Creation of a detailed "day of" timeline and vendor contact list

  • Ensuring decor is set and in the correct place on the day of the event

  • Ensure the wedding party is in the correct place and help direct guests

  • Coordination of final vendor payments and clearing the venue at the end of the event

  • Coordinate accommodations and transportation

  • Planning checklist 

  • Seating chart and floor plan design

  • Budget advice and guidance

  • Assistance with reviewing vendor contracts

  • Partial planning starts in the middle of the planning process (around 6 months before the wedding)

Day of Coordination

  • Initial planning meeting to outline your wedding day timeline, create a vendor contact list, and determine your top priorities

  • Take over vendor communication 4-6 weeks before your event

  • Be present on the day of your wedding from the beginning of set up until the start of open dancing, approximately 10 hours (additional can be added a la carte)

  • Supervise deliveries, vendor set up, and timeline execution

  • Coordination of vendors, guests, and wedding party throughout your wedding ceremony and reception to ensure a smooth and stress-free day

  • Manage all moving pieces of the reception: set up personal items (personal decor, signage, etc.), direction of vendor set up, attend to guest needs and inquiries, trouble-shoot challenging situations, etc.

  • UNLIMITED email correspondence throughout the planning process

  • Personalized timeline creation using Timeline Genius software

  • Final venue walk-through

  • 2-hour meeting to ask questions, get templates, and pick the brain of a wedding planner! This time can be used to get any planning help and can be used to create an outline for your planning process.

Virtual Wedding Planning
